Deriving from the vinification of the four native grapes grown in the Colomba vineyard. After racking it is stored in oak barrels for twelve months and then bottled for further refinement.
It has a deep ruby red colour with slightly aged tones. The red fruits give an aroma resembling that of jam along with some spicy and mineral notes. To taste, the alcohol is well-balanced by body and by the abundance of tannins.
This wine goes well with meat dishes and mature cheeses.
