From careful selection of the best bunches of Pinot Nero grapes, which takes place only in the coolest years, derives our classic-method spumante, D.O.C.G. Civia.

Obtained from 100% Pinot Nero grapes, pressed gently to extract only the grape must flower. Civa is ready for drinking only after at least 36 months of refining of its yeasts in bottles.

A deep straw colour with fine and persistent perlage and a wide bouquet of bread and citrus notes. A decisive, fresh and pleasingly acidic taste.
